World Wide Motion Pictures Corporation (OTC:WWMP) today announced that the company’s Common Stock securities, which trades on the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board is in preparation for quotation on the NASDAQ SmallCap and/or other national/regional stock exchanges.

WWMP, which has four industry related wholly owned subsidiaries and over 48 million issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock, has traded its Common Stock on the OTC market since 1983. Management of WWMP has previously advised its stockholders and the public that it expects to apply for NASDAQ SmallCap quotation and/or possible quotations on other primary and/or secondary exchanges such as Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia or Pacific as soon as practical, and in this regard, applications and corresponding documentation are being prepared for submission or have already been submitted for review.
