The film will open in numerous theaters throughout the US later this year. Based on the popular children’s novel by British author Sally Nicholls, a spunky 12-year-old leukemia patient named Sam and his best friend Felix set out to achieve their dreams and in the process learn to appreciate family, friends, and the oddities of life, leaving viewers both uplifted and inspired.
