Los Angeles, CA, September 09, 2014 –(PR.com)– Beginning today, World Wide Motion Pictures Corporation (formerly OTCBB:WWMO) has released several of its library titles to the public for sale or download via a joint arrangement with content provider Vimeo.com. The move also facilitates the launch of World Wide’s new consumer destination hub: Indie Movie Store (http://indiemoviestore.com), where a rich library of classic films, features, and documentaries are available for purchase on DVD or through direct download. This partnership fits into Vimeo’s current strategy of acquiring original content for sale and/or rent, providing ease of use and high image quality for HD productions. As Vimeo CEO Kerry Trainor put it, the company views itself as the “combination of premium, ad-free environment with the openness of the Internet.”

Included in this first wave of releases from World Wide’s library are award-winning and critically-acclaimed features like Pop Kowboy, Red Roses & Petrol (starring Malcolm McDowell), Amy (starring Rachel Griffiths), and Rusty Steel (starring Dean Stockwell). Additionally, World Wide is pleased to announce that several documentary series are being premiered, including: Inspired By Angels, which explores the existence of ethereal beings and features insight from a variety of clairvoyants and healers; Welcome To Eden, chronicling the real-life battle by both celebrities and Los Angeles locals to save an urban farm from commercial redevelopment efforts; and Skin Deep, which brings viewers into the intriguing and increasingly popular world of tattoo and introduces them to some of the talents of the best artists in the country.

“The launch of our joint venture with Vimeo has great potential to accelerate the exposure and monetizing of many of our library titles, which is very exciting,” states Paul Hancock, President and CEO of World Wide Motion Pictures.

World Wide’s library consists of a wide variety of theatrical and television product, encompassing multiple genres and subject matter. The range of titles includes current and classic productions, episodic series, and specialty shows. The library, which was established in the early 1980s, continues to add titles which will be released via VOD, digital download, and other emerging platforms.
